Ned has worked, hiked, hunted, and played in South Central Idaho since 1977. Born and raised in Twin Falls, the second he returned from the University of Montana he bolted for the Wood River Valley. After many years in the hospitality/service industry Ned needed a new challenge. After consulting with his most trusted advisors (wife and father) about his idea of getting into real estate, both of them asked him, “What took you so long to reach this decision? You’d be a natural.” 
Ned attended the Idaho Real Estate School in Boise and realized that this was in fact the best decision he could have made. Upon completion of the educational requirements, he jumped right into getting as much continuing education as possible to further his knowledge base. Within 6 months of getting licensed, he had completed all the requirements and achieved his GRI designation, showing his commitment to both buyers and sellers that he wants to be as educated and well-rounded as possible. 
Today, Ned is thrilled to be at Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. He is excited to utilize the cutting edge tools that Coldwell Banker offers to give his sellers comprehensive marketing expertise and in-depth knowledge of all properties from north of Ketchum to Bellevue and beyond into Southern Idaho. He has experience representing and selling a range of properties, from high-end condo and estate homes to single family homes to investment properties all over the valley.
When not helping buyers and sellers, you can find him knee deep in the Wood River with a fly rod in his hand, or at the top of a mountain with binoculars trying to find an elk to keep the freezer full. Once the season changes to winter he is either at the ice rink as a rec league hockey player, or taking laps in the bowls on powder days. 
Ned has an amazing wife, Sara, who is in software development, and an amazing old black pug named Roscoe. Together they enjoy taking in local music and other community events.
