I chose real estate as a career over 35 years ago. I love the feeling of excitement when we find the perfect place my Clients will spend their lives. One can imagine the dinners and beautiful gatherings they will have in their homes. It is a special place they will share with their loved ones. I simply love it! I built homes for many years and enjoyed the process of designing homes for my customers. I really loved watching something being created. A home coming out of the ground is very exciting!
I have four grown children, whom I actually really like as people. I have been told they are all beautiful souls. I have five grandchildren. They are my angels on earth. I have been married over 40 years to a wonderful man who does dishes and laundry. I absolutely love him for that. I tell my kids that is how you stay married for a lifetime.
I merged my real estate business with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties several years ago. They have the best marketing program in the business. I am excited about the opportunities with Coldwell Banker!

"We decided to relocate to the Montrose area and didn’t have a Real Estate Agent. Through a referral from a mortgage broker, we were connected with Joni Klein. After speaking with her on the phone coupled with her responsiveness to our questions/concerns, we decided to use her for our home purchase. On our trip to Montrose to look at potential homes, my wife and I realized we made a great choice with Joni. Her knowledge of the Montrose market and the builders was excellent. Despite having a hard time finding an existing home that my wife and I both liked, we never felt any sales pressure from Joni. She continued to find and present additional properties including potentially building. Joni’s knowledge of the construction of new homes proved beneficial in our decision-making process. The last night we were in town, Joni found one last home for us to look at which we ended up purchasing as it was exactly what we wanted. Joni continued to be responsive and involved up until closing which my wife and I greatly appreciated being from out of town. Joni has continued to provide us with additional information on contractors in the area for landscaping/fencing/etc. We felt great about having Joni in our corner though out the entire process. I would highly recommend Joni if you are wanting a top-quality Real Estate Agent in the Montrose area."
