Athena Kristene Tucker attended the American Dream Real Estate School in
2016. She has been an enthusiastic Broker Associate and Property Manager
for Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties since October 2017.
Athena was born and raised in Green River, Utah, just a short drive from
Grand Junction, Colorado! After spending the 90’s in the Salt Lake City,
Utah area she relocated to Grand Junction in 2001. Over the past 20 years
Athena has become familiar with the people and places in the Grand Valley
along with surrounding areas including Glade Park where her parents have
built a home.
Athena is the granddaughter of a cattleman. In her youth she helped to round-
up and brand cattle. Her time on the ranch was an important and cherished part of her life.
Today she credits those experiences for her understanding of
what it means to work hard, but work smart. Favorite hobbies include
remodeling and decorating homes and travel trailers. Gardening in the
summer and acrylic painting in the winter.
Athena has a background in customer service, administration, and Retail
Management. A favorite supervisor of Athena’s once said, “What can I do for
you? I work for you!” This became her inspiration, and she strives to be the
same way with her clients.
She currently manages around 70 single residential and commercial properties from Fruita to
Palisade, Hotchkiss and Rangely. These rentals are filled quickly, usually above market rent.
Her ambition is to help people find the perfect place to call home. She believes if
you set a goal, and dedicate yourself, you can accomplish anything!
