Robin and Paul were excellent listeners. We were first time sellers. They walked us through the process meeting every detail. Robin traveled a total of 100 miles to stage our home.
They were kind and encouraging. We had lived in the same house 40 years and needless to say had a lot of “stuff”. The task seemed impossible. Our first encounter with Robin and Paul was July 25. Offers on our home was August 18. There were only 3 showings and our home sold $5000 more! I liked the proactive approach of an inspection done before the house went on the market which allowed us to get our home in shape. Robin certainly did her homework and was aware of the buyers realtor. She was very respectful to both sides and stated we all want a good outcome.
