I think that this business is multifaceted and requires an individual who has experience in life and education, who realizes the importance of incorporating those experiences with real estate expertise to understand their clients and their unique situation. I started off as an investor, then as a partner in real estate development in CA over 30 years ago. Over 17 years ago I became a licensed Realtor and have acquired in depth experience working with investors, commercial acquisitions, home buyers/sellers, short sales and pre-foreclosure transactions. My skill set includes contract negotiations, marketing, and providing the necessary information so that my clients are able to make educated decisions.
Finding the right home or investment property incorporates market knowledge and financial resources, time and patience. Selling a home incorporates knowledge of market trends and the goals of the Seller. In either case, it is important for your Realtor to take the time to understand You! Subsequently, realistic goals are set based on knowledge gained along the way, and details and timelines are attended to with precision. After Robin Levine helped me buy my dream condo, I listed my farm with her and Paul. Together they both worked hard to find the best offer.
