During his time in Lakewood Ranch, Harrison was awarded the Salesperson of the year. Harrison is responsible for over two hundred million dollars in real estate transactions. As a specialist in the design build process for custom homes, he has spearheaded the product design, community planning, and the launch of sales and marketing for multiple home builders for almost two decades. He takes great pride in guiding his clients through the process of evaluating and purchasing land, designing the home to work with the land, and working hand in hand with his clients and their architect throughout the construction process until the project is completed. In 2016, visions of snowy peaks and aspens came calling once again and Harrison moved to Colorado with his beautiful wife Melanie. He continued his real estate career in Colorado Springs by serving as the Area Development Manager for a luxury custom home builder for over a half a decade. His knack for negotiating and his keen eye for the finer details has given Harrison a reputation for excelling in the luxury home markets. Recognized for his in-depth knowledge of custom home design and market insight, integrated with a dynamic and engaging demeanor, establishes him as a trusted expert in the luxury Vail market. As a real estate investor and a home owner, Harrison understands how deeply personal the purchase or sale of a home can be. In his spare time Harrison loves to spend time in the outdoors with his wife and three children.
