Hi, I’m Trisha and I am so glad you dropped in! If I could, I would ask you to tell me about yourself, tell me your story. I feel so honored when people share their life with me and trust me with the moments that make up their life.

 

That’s why I got into real estate. I love people. I love helping people. And to be able to help people achieve their real estate goals allows me help people as they create their life story. My role in a person’s story is small, but I am honored to part of it.

 

Since you are here, let me share my story with you. I am a Grand Junction native. Born and raised here, graduating from GJHS in 2002. I left for five years to attend college at Colorado State University (Go Rams!) where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.  Then I spent one year in the big city of Denver enjoying my early twenties.  The years away eventually made me realize there was no place I wanted to be more than home. Grand Junction is where my parents, sister and grandparents are, and I wanted to spend my precious time with those that loved me most. So, I moved back, got a job planning events at Two Rivers Winery, and met my husband Ryan shortly after.

 

Ryan and I got married in November 2009. Ryan is a High School PE teacher in Delta and also a Football, Wrestling and Track Coach. Fridays in the fall are spent at the football stadium cheering on the Panthers. In my book, there is nothing better than Friday Night Lights, so don’t be surprised when you see me sporting my Green and White Delta swag in the fall. Together Ryan and I have 2 beautiful IVF babies. Our road to parenthood was challenging but oh so worth it. Life with our girls, Reagan and Rhinley, is amazing!

 

A few fun facts about me: I love a good read. I’m a bit of a neat freak but credit my children for helping me loosen up. Coffee dates with friends are my favorite. I talk to my mom at least once a day. And I love mimsosas!

 

Most of my professional career has been dedicated to HopeWest, where I spent 8 years in Business Development and Creative Design.  I believe it's the little details in your work that make the difference.  Albert Einstein's insight "creativity is intelligence having fun,” inspires me to look at what is ordinary and make it extraordinary. A little bit of inspiration paired with thoughtfulness is a winning combination.

I don’t know where to say other than Trisha was amazing! I called her during the week to look at houses for that weekend. She spent all day on Saturday with my husband and I and never made us feel rushed. She helped us find our beautiful home and guided us along the way to have a fast close!
