My name is Teri Gray, and I am thrilled to be joining Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. I was drawn to the exceptional reputation in the industry and commitment to agent training. Allow me to share a bit about myself.
I was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, but I spent my early years in Southern California. However, I consider Colorado to be my true home, as I spent most of my formative years here. For the past two years, I have been a resident of Montrose, although I have been visiting this beautiful place for the past two decades.
My educational journey led me to Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, where I focused my studies on the paralegal field. While I appreciated my legal studies, my true passion lies in real estate. For over 25 years, I have been actively involved in the real estate industry, primarily specializing in real estate technology. I find immense joy in all aspects of real estate and want to contribute to every facet of the industry.
In 1999, I obtained my first real estate license in California, but I didn't practice as an agent there. Instead, I consider my "first" license to be the one I obtained here in Colorado.
What motivates me the most is my thirst for knowledge and my desire to make a positive impact on my community. I take great pride in my dedication and perseverance, which have been key drivers in my professional journey.
Beyond my professional life, I have a range of hobbies and interests that bring me joy. I am passionate about crafting, reading, hiking, and kayaking. One of my interests lies in listening to murder podcasts, and this summer, I am determined to learn how to surf the river. It's an exciting challenge I'm eagerly looking forward to!
I live in Montrose with my incredible husband of 17 years, our wonderful 10-year-old daughter, and our playful 5-month-old golden retriever. Additionally, I am blessed with two older children—a 29-year-old son and a 26-year-old daughter—who have given me the joy of being a grandmother. As a family, we love spending time outdoors, engaging in activities like playing games, hiking trails, fishing, and taking leisurely walks along the river.
I am thrilled to bring my unwavering dedication, extensive experience, and passion for real estate to Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. I am confident that my skills and commitment will make a meaningful impact on both our clients and the community we serve.
