Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties are excited to partner with GJEP to present the fifth annual Western Colorado Economic Summit. The Summit will be held on September 30th at the Two Rivers Convention Center, and will facilitate a community-wide discussion on the economic development of Mesa County.

Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties have sponsored this event each year since its inception. The agenda for this year’s Summit will tackle quality of life issues currently facing the Western Slope, including the sustainability of local production agriculture, the future of K-12 education, Colorado’s energy future, and various policy-related issues.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear a keynote address by Dan Spiegel, Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial, on the commercial real estate market. Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties will also lead a breakout session entitled “Back to the Office - A Visual Journey Through the Changing Environment of the Office Space.”

"As the founding partner of the Economic Summit, we strive to bring a conference that not only brings community leaders together from across the western slope, but also opens discussion about how we can all contribute to the thoughtful growth of the entire region," said Todd Conklin, Chairman of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties and Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties.  “As a regional leader in the real estate industry, Coldwell Banker is proud to work with the Grand Junction Economic Partnership to host this event.”
