The GRFA shall not exceed an average of two thousand (2,000) square feet/unit or a total of one hundred, sixteen thousand (116,000) square feet. A set number of residential units will be established at Final Plan. (2) Commercial, resort services, skier services and storage: maximum of 60,000 square feet CRFA." Zoned permitted uses included residential, skier and resort services, retail, recreational improvements, parking, and mass transit structures.
